I got to fly to Paris, France to shoot the dreamiest bridals session.
Victoria has always dreamed of getting her photos taken in a wedding dress in Paris because it is such a special place to her. A large portion of her family is from Europe so she grew up travelling to Paris very frequently. Her dress was actually her mother’s custom made wedding dress, it has a lot of sentimental value to her and her family.
The morning of our session me and Victoria woke up super early, grabbed coffee and chocolate croissants from a local café, and chatted through all of Victoria’s nerves of excitement she was having for the day. After that we went back to the hotel she was staying at and I helped her iron her dress. She began getting ready then we were off to our first location for the day. The car ride was full of beautiful emotions. When the car came to a stop we stepped onto the streets of Paris.
To say it was magical is such an understatement. Together we ran through the streets of Paris wandering around with not a care in the world. Since it was Christmas time in Paris the city was decorated with holiday ornaments. Victoria got on the carousel that was decked out in Christmas decorations. Strangers were stopping us and congratulating Victoria and asking where she got her dress from. Some people even asked to take photos with her and another guy asked to facetime his friend to show off Victoria. It was like she was a famous icon that day.
